Executive Chef/Owner Adam Diamond began his culinary career in 1992 and pursued a degree in the culinary arts. He graduated from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco in 1998.
Since the Pandemic, baking has become an important way for his family to enjoy the every day and bring a smile to their friends and neighbors.
